Tee Off Golf
Please review the following membership terms and conditions carefully. You will be required to acknowledge and agree to these policies prior to completing your membership enrollment.
1. 12-Month Annual Commitment & Billing
Both the Club and Pro tiers require a 12-month commitment to secure these exclusive rates and perks. Memberships are billed monthly, and rates are subject to change upon annual renewal.
2. Membership Tiers & Access Restrictions
Members must abide by the access limits of their chosen tier:
- The Club Tier ($250 / month): Includes 1 hour of daily bay time. Daily time can be booked Monday through Thursday, from open to 6:00 PM. Booking is available 7 days in advance.
- The Pro Tier ($300 / month): Includes 2 hours of daily bay time. Daily time can be booked Monday through Friday, from open to 6:00 PM, and weekends from open to 2:00 PM. Booking is available 14 days in advance.
3. Time Limits & Overage Billing
Daily included bay time must conclude before the end of the off-peak window. Any simulator time extending past 6:00 PM (or past weekend 2:00 PM for Pro members) will be billed at the standard hourly rate, minus the tier's discount (10% for Club, 20% for Pro).
4. Guest Pass Policy
Members are welcome to bring guests to share their bay. A flat $15 Guest Pass is required for every non-member entering the simulator area. All guests must be registered at the host stand upon arrival, and the Member is responsible for their conduct.
5. Food Discounts & Additional Perks
The 10% (Club) or 20% (Pro) discount applies exclusively to the food menu (beverages are excluded) and is always active. League and event access includes standard entry for Club members and priority registration for Pro members.
6. Seasonal Dynamic Perks
To provide the best value year-round, membership benefits follow a seasonal dynamic structure. During our defined Winter season (September through April), standard membership perks and discounts apply as outlined in this agreement. During our Summer season (May through August), members will enjoy access to additional, increased perks and exclusive benefits. The specific details of these elevated summer perks will be determined and announced by management prior to the season.
7. Early Termination Policy
This is a binding 12-month contract. If a Member chooses to cancel their membership before the end of the 12-month term, an early termination fee applies. If 50% or more of the contract term remains, the fee will be exactly 50% of the remaining contract balance. If less than 50% of the contract term remains, the cancellation fee will be equal to two months of membership dues.
8. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Members and their guests agree to use the Facility and golf simulators at their own risk. Tee Off Golf is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs on the premises.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the agreement box during the digital enrollment process, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be fully bound by all the terms and conditions of this Tee Off Golf Membership Agreement.
